500 ml milk
250 g flour
3 eggs (size M)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
Sunflower oil or clarified butter (for baking)
Preparation
First, put the milk in a mixing bowl, sift in the flour and mix both with a whisk to form a smooth dough.
Then add the eggs and a pinch of salt and stir in. Now let the pancake batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
Then heat some clarified butter or oil in a coated pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Add 1 ladle (approx. 90 ml) of pancake batter per portion and bake at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes until the bottom is lightly brown.
Turn the pancake over and finish baking for 2-3 minutes. Now keep the finished pancake warm in the oven (50 °C). Process the rest of the batter in the same way.
